Kevin on his work:
Art should be like a great jazz album - containing form, depth, emotion, rhythm, wit. It should converse with the audience, have a foundation stronger than mere aesthetics, but have a soul. Through explorations with concepts of nostalgia, satire, culture, and individuality, I strive to create a dialogue. In my most recent work, I’ve been focusing on the artistry and detail of craft traditions.
